Dalia Sternberg Ph.D
I'm a bibliotherapist and a dynamic psychotherapist, integrating DBT and EMDR and specializing in treating trauma, and in particular sexual trauma.
I believe in life long learning, and in learning from experience as well as from quality education and training.
I treat people who suffer from various conditions, including: anxiety, stress, depression,
life crisis, trauma, grief and loss, emotional imbalance, psychosomatic pains, adjustment issues, difficulties in parenting and difficulties with making decisions.
I work using psychodynamic techniques, DBT and EMDR psychotherapy, bibliotherapy, dyadic therapy, play therapy, guided imagination, mentalization and other techniques.
Professional Experience
I work at the mental health system with adults, one to one and in a group setting.
I work with children, adolescents, parents and adults at a small and intimate clinic at my home in
Sde-Warburg, Israel.
