Dalia Sternberg Ph.D

I'm a bibliotherapist and a dynamic psychotherapist, integrating DBT and EMDR and specializing in treating trauma, and in particular sexual trauma.

I believe in life long learning, and in learning from experience as well as from quality education and training.

I treat people who suffer from various conditions, including: anxiety, stress, depression,

life crisis, trauma, grief and loss, emotional imbalance, psychosomatic pains, adjustment issues, difficulties in parenting and difficulties with making decisions.

I work using psychodynamic techniques, DBT and EMDR psychotherapy, bibliotherapy, dyadic therapy, play therapy, guided imagination, mentalization and other techniques.    

 

Professional Experience

I work at the mental health system with adults, one to one and in a group setting.

I work with children, adolescents, parents and adults at a small and intimate clinic at my home in

Sde-Warburg, Israel. 

In addition, I facilitate private writing and bibliotherapy groups.
